	Of course, you will not find here all the answers. These diagnosis are not absolutely certain.
	You will find here the most frequent symptoms to help you to improve your bonsais' health.
	The diseases which kill are rare. Better than accusing a disease, try to find in your care what is wrong or what can be improved, and remember that everything is more serious for a bonsai which has lost its strength because of a bad maintenance.

	The leaves are falling
	The leaves turn over
	The end of the leaves is dry, black...
	The leaves are colorless

	There are spots on the leaves
	The leaves - the edge of the pot - are sticky

	There are spider webs between the small branches
	Some small white flies flit around the tree

If your bonsai is a deciduous tree, and if the leaves fall in autumn, there is no problem.

	Some new shoots make up for the loss
	There is no compensation

Symptoms

The leaves turn over

	The soil is dry
	The soil is wet

Symptoms

The end of the leaves is dry, black...

	The end of the leaves is dry, the leaves do not fall
	The end is black and soft

Symtoms

The leaves are colorless

	The shoots are flabby, the leaves are large and the internodes long
	The young leaves are pale, the others are normal
	The whole foliage is too pale

Symptoms

The leaves are not evenly colored

	The young leaves are clear, the others are normal
	The veins are of a green darker than the limb

Symptoms

There are spots on the leaves

	There is a gray and downy deposit
	There are some orange or black spots

	Some small insects are on the young shoots or under the leaves
	Some bugs are glued on the leaves and the stems

	Some insects or larva are present in the folds of the leaves
